had a better look of it in the office now, still very good work, try not to keep her head in the centre, at least when I was working on my running and walking animations, I had tried to keep her head centre, but it's not necessary. I like it when her head bobs left and right, in your walking animation it looks like the tip of her head is trying to centre itself to the body.

Or perhaps style it after Ezio in AC2/B where he does something similar. If jumping right he removes his right hand, causing him to swing away from the goal. Then with that momentum he swings back and across to grab it wiht his right hand.
