It makes perfect sense for them to sue for such absurd terms.
If there's any truth to this, Nintendo will settle out of court. They won't get those terms, but it will force Nintendo to try to settle. I don't think anyone wants to stop the Switch being sold, or to cause harm to the gaming industry as a whole. Makes them take notice though. If there isn't any truth to it then they're still hoping to get an out of court settlement. |
