Vercingetorix is an extremely easy mission. I had more trouble with the Raktavija couple (and the Long Gui, of course, but he isn't a mission).

I mean, you people know that you can have Vanille spam Poison each time a new round begins (after Vercingetorix comes back from its regeneration/metamorphosis status) while the others are Sentinels/Medics to protect Vanille while she does that. Then she can turn into a Sentinel and stand until Vercingetorix gets back to its shell. To sum up:

-Vanille as a Saboteur to cast Poison, then as a Sentinel to survive the round (and a Medic in case of extreme need).
-The others as Sentinels/Medics.

The fight ends quickly enough and without sweating.

That's the lightweight's route, for someone who doesn't want to (or can't) fight properly. There's no satisfaction for me in cheesing my way through a fight
Although I have to agree that the double Raktavija is far worse . The first time I took them on after beating Vercingetorix, I got so badly pwned that I thought I'd never beat them

^ They are certainly terrible! I fought them before Vercingetorix, and I thought I had reached the limit of my fighting capabilities

I agree...but it's also the road to having all the missions complete in no time and with underdeveloped characters. And Vanille rocks

For those who don't find the existence of optional strong bosses a spoiler, FFXIII-2 has a Vercingetorix like kind of enemy, the return of the Long Gui, and a new giant and grotesque Cie'th (maybe a lost Undying?). I've seen videos of them all and I'd love to fight them

XIII-2 is simply gorgeous. I am enjoying every minute so far. I love Noel and Serah, a really cute couple. One person certainly hasn't changed in the game...*shakes my head* haha. I love the battle system, and the camera is different...takes getting used to. In Love.

I can't find any legitimate references to the game and its audio, but all the torrent sites have the PAL version of the game listed as Multi5, meaning the usual five European languages are included.
