Problem with colors and shades. Please help!

I was playing skyrim and after a while , the screen goes black but not black , with an increasing shadow and non color look alike . I dont know whats happen, now everything is too dark and with no colors. I have 50% all colors.. what is wrong??
I tried increasing brightness , i tried lower the contrast nothing helps. In games and when i am watching clips its even worse , its like i am having a nightmare. Here is how things are. Please help

I got a blue screen trying to play a game with many colors - Jazz Jackrabbit Secret Files. Every game seems really dark and bluish . Its even worse than before.

Does this just happen in games?

Does it also happen with videos (e.g. in Youtube?)

What graphics card do you have? (Control Panel > Device Manager > Display Adapters...what is the name you can see?)
