- A SPEAR!!!!

- Our beloved dual pistols were teased at the end of Blood Ties as well as the odd concept art showing Lara holding two pistol holsters.

-In an interview Meagan Marie talked about how they loved developing extra modes in where you can compete with friends so maybe this is a hint for a new online mode in the next game.
Concept art of Lara holding two pistol holders? Where?

I really hope the whole game isn't set in South America. Vatican would be an amazing setting. The very least I'd like a small section along the lines of Syria but if it could be much larger i'd be over the moon. Rome, Mexico and London/Croft Manor would be great.

First off, the thread title is very misleading. There are a lot of maybes that we guess about the next TR game, no knowns (Not even the name of the game, officially). And the reason we don't know anything is because, secondly, we're basing our guesses off of concept art, which is not in game art, but art that presents possible ideas of things that may or may not make it into the game. We don't know anything yet. To present speculation as fact is dishonest.

Yes, concept art is not necessarily an indication of the final product, the concept art we've seen was from marketing, so presumably a better indication than early game concepts. Perhaps . Also, that we've been asked to remove them adds some weight to them.

He's not wrong though, speculation shouldn't be presented as facts. What we've seen can only really be presented as stuff we think we know.

You're right. For all we know, Sam could be the new tomb raider.

No, Sam isn't the new tomb raider, but the third reboot game will take place parallell to the events of ROTTR and in its entirety be about Sam's struggles against Trinity in the aftermath of Yamatai. Reyes and her daughter will also make an unwelcome return and feature as Sam's less than loyal sidekicks. The fourth reboot game however will continue the timeline after ROTTR and feature both Sam and Lara teamed up in their final showdown against Trinity. You heard it here first.

Don't put ideas in their head.
