Ooh, that'd be awesome... being able to "load up" many different smaller texture pages and then have the editor build the final texture atlas from the textures which were applied in the level.

The problem is, the compiler addresses textures by their location in the texture atlas, so the editor would have to "readdress" all textures applied in a level project from their "working atlas" locations to their new locations in the final atlas. Might be a bit complicated to implement.
