Hey guys, I know, It's actually 2 AM here, but I'm staying up again, and I got some work done. Here's some pics:
Please, do let me know how you like. This isn't even close to a third of the way done. If you're trying to figure out where this is coming from... It's a tutorial based on a civilization. |

Its definitely improving. Still needs more colour though. Try setting the ambient to a cool colour then the light/sun bulbs to really warm colours.
Meanwhile im still working on my test manor. The red squares will lead to a balcony overlooking a courtyard with an outdoor pool. |

Looks good! Those red doors though, seem just a little extra bright for the manor. I might be biased from my egyptian tomb though. Not sure.

The red grid texture is just a placeholder.

Oh. Oops. My bad. Sorry, I'm like REALLY(enough emphasis?) tired and hyper. Hyper + 2:40 AM = angry parents + cranky puppy (if I get too loud) lol. Makes sense now.

Ceiling windows are now transparent and show the horizon. Testing new, darker, older wood texture. Other misc changes. |

Hateshinai, I really like that
Ashandmisty, you manor is really taking shape, it's a great mix of the classic manor and the legend manor The legend window object and the reflective floor is a great improvement, and I love the yellow lighting. Transparent ceiling windows should look better too !LaraCroft! your manor is looking cool too Tjw croft Your Egyptian tomb looks great I agree with !LaraCroft! though, I think that you need some more colored lighting for extra atmosphere, especially in the areas where there are no flame emitters. I would also adjust the lighting on the stair and door objects so that they blend in with the ambient lighting better. Btw, I particularly like your use of textures on the 'slide corridor', I always find texturing sloping walls very hard! |
