Shiva Statues - they look so menacing, and they stomp around fast with red angry glow in their eyes ready to mess you up. Worst of all, they have a defensive stance and you have to provoke them to hurt them, not just fire from a distance.
Changelings from Chronicles - Because of how freakish and cute they are at the same time. I want one as a pet. It would probably gnaw my feet off and murder me in my sleep, but... it's totally worth it, just to watch the little guy run around in circles. |

I never really thought about this much, but off the top of my head I'd have to go with the first one that made an impact on me. That would be the centaur/statue from the original classic. They startled me something fierce the first time that I played the game all of those years ago.

1. Centuar statue that burst into life in TR1 (probably wasn't meant to be supernatural, but what else can a statue be that becomes living??)
2. Shiva statues in TR3 - even now that clanking sound gets me nervous 3. Tinnos creatures - even now even in blocky ps1 era graphic these still scare me 4. Dragon serpent - Legend |

Xian Warriors and Shiva Statues. The loud stamping noises do it.
Also liked the Yetis, and Torso from TR1 with his odd grunts. |

The ones that creeped me out the most were the tinnos monsters and the RX-Tech mines mutants.
