So the redirection happens without any action on your side? Does it only ever happen in TRF? You might want to try a few trial and error checks, start Firefox, open TRF and see if it happens again. Then try the same with a different site (but also start Firefox fresh) and see if it happens there too... Just to narrow it down to TRF.

Also, check your Firefox extensions and take a close look there isn't something suspicious in it.

My suggestions for scanning would be Malwarebytes AntiMalware and Spybot Search and Destroy, they should be able to pick it up if you have spyware/adware hiding.

I remember the last time I had ads enabled on TRF I could get ads with music from time to time, so I actually wouldn't be surprised if the same thing happened to you Joey. I don't know how Google chooses its ads but some irritating ones can sneak-in from time to time.
