Amazing ! it really is ! looks like something from PS2 version of Beta Legend ! and I like how smooth the animations are

However , I would've preferred LAU Lara's grunts instead of the AOD ones , which look weird on the Legend model IDK

That roll animation needs more work though. It looks like she's missing roll > run transition, right now she goes roll > stand. I like the other ones!

Oooh, nice to see a video! That jumping animation looks straight out of beta TRL, excellent recreation.

As Raider99 said, the transition from roll to run is a little jarring. Also, one thing I immediately notice is that the camera inherits some bouncing from the running animation. It's especially noticeable when Lara goes from running to walking - suddenly the camera becomes quite steady when she walks. The animation itself looks great, but the bounciness makes me (and perhaps other players, too) feel nauseous. You can adjust it by manually evening out Lara's collision during the animation.

Just a suggestion! Either way thank you for sharing and keep up the awesome work, Zolee!

I love these animations but this jumping screen during runing is lil bit annoying

The camera is programmed to follow Lara's butt or torso, so I guess it's because she was made to "hop" a bit higher than the original with every step.

The camera does indeed point at Lara's butt, but its movement is inherited from Lara's collision box (and sometimes StateIDs). The more active an animation, the more active the collision box, hence bouncy camera. The updated version of WADMerger and also FexAnim allow you to manually edit the bounding box, so you could cap the height of the box to prevent too much movement.

Ironically that camera bounce adds a lot to the sensation for the 3D graphics. OpenTomb has the camera fixed to Lara and you can see there how odd it looks when it stays still.
