Developers already confirmed that the game will have 3 graphical options on Xbox One X and PS4 Pro. Definitely much worth it on Xbox One X.

Ps4 Pro...
I just prefer the PS controller as its what I've grown up with since PS1 I also love the little light which lights up as Lara lights a torch or flashlight - really effective in a dark room |

If you only want to play Shadow Go for Xbox. But If you want to play another games then Go for ps4.
In Xbox Just cuphead got my attention, and their exclusives are meh compared to Sony's. It's just a matter of: Better graphics on multiplatforms or slightly Better graphics but with exclusives to play around after. |

I don’t think I did the right thing to buy xbox in the first place. These are not first world problems, and it should not be.
Next time, I’ll try to wait for this kind of purchase. But not sure if its the right thing to do. I actually think not. I wanted to try something different with an upgrade. I should be grateful to see the difference in graphics. (Maybe I “think” I see the difference). Some people have other sight. We are to spoiled. Last edited by Nerdy; 27-06-18 at 21:01. |

I own a PS4 pro and an Xbox One X. The X is definitively better for games that are on both, particularly if the developer does the best job of optimization they can on each platform. Obviously if a developer doesn't put in equal effort on both, the Pro version of a game can be as good, or better, but that's the developer's fault. The X has better capabilities in general, though. And, for Shadow, you know that it will be very well optimized for the X. MS has been the company most associated with Tomb Raider the last several years, so you know that will be the case.

Just enjoy the game, I'll play it on base PS4, I own an Xbox one s but it's useless and Im thinking of selling it.
If you want better graphics go for the XOX. |

I actually bought an Xbox One X back in January, but I returned it after I deemed it too expensive for my use. I already have a PS4 and Switch so I didn't really need it. So, I decided to go all in and spend a lot more money for desktop gaming PC instead. Didn't regret it!
Oh, and I bought the Tomb Raider games on Steam along with a lot of other games that I can now play with a much better performance and resolution. It's like a whole new world. But if you love your Xbox, keep it! |

Game will probably look better on XB1X compared to PS4 pro. There is even a rumor that Shadow will run in native 4K on XB1X.
