I would say TR4 is quite a breeze compared to 3.

I can't wait for your review! Oh, and since you've mentioned it in your TR III thread: I'd also like to read your view on TR I and II, especially since you played TR II after TR III (I think).

Thanks for the positive feedback everybody! The first post should be coming soon, I've already started to draft it up.

I started Tomb Raider II during my play through of TRIII but had it almost finished when I finished TRIII. I would definitely like to do a review of TRII sometime in the future, possibly before I finish my Chronicles play through (even though I finished the Rome section playing yesterday and the game is infamously short so that thread could be in just a few months time.)

As for TR1, I own only the iPad and PS1 versions so I don't think I'll be making a thread for the first game because it would just be blocks of text, and I think threads like these need some screenshots to make them more interesting. If the demand is there for it after I do Chronicles and TR II though, I'll see what I can do. Another problem with TR1 is that it's too fresh on my mind to replay but not fresh enough to do a decent review.

Just note in your play through of TR4 that some levels have two routes through it, just as TR3 did so you will have to go back and do the level again via the alternative route, and describe your thoughts on each route.

Also as you mentioned 'hubs'(coastal ruins), and it really confused us which way to go and what to do, especially without walkthroughs to help. Again depending on which way you went could make it easy or hard. A similar argument could be had with the Globe choice in TR3, depoending on which world city/area you visited first.

Looking forward to reading your experiences of TR4, as it is the longest of all the classic TR games.
