Currently relaying TR1 this time on the PC. The save anywhere system allowed me to do-over the tricky jump sequence in Colosseum to get the timed secret for the first time. Before now I could never be bothered to reload and retry. Same level, but there is also a boulder scare with a pit you have to hide in to avoid the boulder. I always assumed the pit was spiked and you had to hang from the ledge. This time I learned you can just stand at the bottom of the pit, too.
For a long time as well I was always vaguely aware of the scenic routes in the River Ganges and Coastal Village. Last time I replayed TR3 I chose to go the alternative paths in both these levels. The Indiana Jones style blades and the shadow trap were good surprises. Great fun. Last edited by Niveus; 04-09-17 at 23:55. |

Well there's one hidden thing in lost library that I missed but recently found in the room with the 2 fire spirits on the lower floor I didn't know you could use the binoculars to look at the solution to the planetarium puzzle.

Yeah it's also a thing I discovered too lately ! I didn't know what the camera tried to explain while it focused on the dark hollow. I thought it was a slide we would encounter later as a backtracking.

I recently found out you can open a small room near the beginning of Louvre Galleries in AOD and get some health items. It's just a small room with archeological finds if I remember correctly but still, it's great to discover new things.
