I included also a folder called custom lightmaps in it are two folders one for the custom lightmap and one folder for the custom lightmap in combination with the original lightmap
so you can choose which lightmap you want to use

Download

Using ambient occlusion maps like for character models will be pretty much impossible, since the same textures are used in multiple places in environments. But you could look into vertex painting, which XNALara also supports (check Dusan's 'Peru Village' model and all other Tomb Raider Legend environment models that have been released by other users). This was one of the first things that popped up when I searched for it in Google: http://www.urgaffel.com/tutorials/vptut/index.html
I thought I should post it, since it happens to be about 3ds Max and you work with that, but I don't know how useful it will be for you.

Set options on "back-face culling" for a better view. Sword not included, you can find it in the pack shared by RazKurdt.

Thank you for this, I think I could give it a try. The only problem is the number of meshes. These enviroments have like 20 or over meshes and I think it would took me ages to use that method on every part. Also, yes I use 3DS for models, but for Enviroments usually I use DAZ because when I apply the textures I can see directly how an Enviroment appears. When I extract the files from DMC4 the textures all need to be flipped in order to work properly on the meshes once they are applied. 3DS Max usually doesn't show me the full effect of a model (I mean with specular textures, bump maps and such) and with Enviroments I need a full view. With DAZ I have a very large space with white background and this helps me a lot with scenaries. So yeah.. I think I'll continue to share them without shadows >_< but thank you anyway for this! Maybe I will use it for a smaller stage or for objects! It seems pretty useful seeing the tutorial.
