Unhappy Black screen and noise from PC

When I watch on YouTube, monitor it's turn black and I heard weird noise from my pc.I quickly jumped and unplugged cable before it's too late.
I won't touch my pc, because it may burn my pc and I'm scared if I turn on my pc.
Please help me.

Open your PC, push the Power Button and locate the Noise. I would say there are two possible Sources

1. The PSU
2. The GPU

The GPU would be the first Focal Point. Do you have a Replacement Card?

Gpu Nvidia GeForce 9500 gs

Sorry for double post.
I don't have any of replacement card.
My uncle check my PC and has no problem for black screen and noise from fans.
I search on google and some people having problem for black screen and noise from PC like most are GPU but sometime PSU.
I don't know if was overheat or failure?

45 °C and 62 °C is no big Deal for CPU/GPU. The Problems start with 85 °C and above, but then the PC shuts down and you must wait a little bit.

Has your Uncle checked the Fans under Stress or in Idle Running?

Tell me, is it a brief black screen (quick flash) or a longer black screen?

I had a similar issue with my screen flashing black for a split second or more. Temperatures were fine, graphic card was fine, all drivers were up to date and power wattage of the psu was sufficient. Until I made a discovery that a PC running on low memory (Ram) can cause black screen when the memory is overloaded. I was running on 2Gb ram a year ago and ever since I increased my ram I've had no black screen.

Maybe you'll find this useful.
