Oh by the way, the swan dive animation in my game is NOT mine, I have no authority to release it. So please don't do it
![]() As for most of the questions here, I didn't do any scripting nor can I script... All the animations in my game were done in the WAD themselves in Wadmerger, just look at the state changes and animcommands (it's been too long but I think it's the name) and make sure you change the nextAnim to the appropriate ones in your Lara object. Of course with the exception of the ladder climbing animation where the "half-way" frame (when Lara's climbing up/down she goes up/down 2 clicks in the full animation) is hardcoded and the TREP script did just that.
