Wink Ive decided to emerge from the pool of Fat

Hi Guys.

When I was younger, I suffered from Annorexia. My GP told me to put on some weight, I am now 15 and i am.. well.. Fat I am 65kg exactly (143Pounds) and I have fat rolls and stuff, AND I have boobs

Most of my friends at school are skinny/slender, with actual muscles and nice looking abs etc.. and I am very jealous

Could anyone help me out by maybe suggesting things to me. I dont have a gym or anything at home, I would rather keep it diet-related/excersise to loose the weight first. If anyone knows of maybe a website where I can key in my Weight, age etc.. and it may give me suggestions of what to do or something.. preferebly free.
Or any suggestions from anyone (Or links to FREE tips for weight loss)

Thanks for any helP!

Zac,

Men's Health Magazine works great for me. I could get you some scans, if you'd like. Also, maybe limit your Tomb Raider hours per day. Lastly, you need to do lots and lots of push-ups; they work better than a bench press and they're free!

How do you post them as thumbnails? And, yes, there is a main site that has loads of tips on it. http://www.menshealth.com/cda/homepage.do (If this link is banned, delete it, not my membership.)

Is it always good to make a diary of progress? Sort of like the Biggest Loser, Weight yourself every week or two, and Record your progress?

A lot of people do. Personally, I don't anymore, but I would recommend it. Here are a couple of workouts you could try:

I'll post more tomorrow. (Sorry, I didn't know how to post it as a thumbnail.)

Cut down on eating, i'm not saying that in a nasty way either.

When ever I feel like i've piled a bit of weight on, I just cut out all the junk I eat. In fact I don't eat any junk at all. Always worked for me.

In fact, while on the topic of eating, this is key: Do NOT eat 3 meals a day. Eat 6 small meals a day, instead. That way, your body will have time to break it all down and it won't turn into a buch of fat tissue. That is the number 1 key thing to remember. Also, make sure at least 15 minutes of each hour of your day is spent walking around. Such little things make a HUGE difference.
