'Since the program is written in C# you'll need Microsoft .NET Framework to run it. You'll also need Microsoft XNA Framework. Don't forget to put the zlib.net.dll library (located in the zip archive) to the same directory as your program.'

I had that problem too, and just installing the framework fixed it for me.

If in-game 3D ripping is what you're looking for then 3DRipperDX is a program I can highly recommend to you :-)

Culprit:
No, it's not possible to change the data in the game. For this we would need to have complete knowledge/specification of the data format - which we don't

I mean changing in-game meshes. E.g extracting Lara, modifying her model and then inject then mesh in the game

Sorry, for "put the zlib.net.dll library (located in the zip archive) to the same directory as your program" you mean in the same folder I have UnpackTRU.exe?
Because I give some error...

EDIT:
I find my problem!
Have to install xnafx30_redist.msi (Microsoft XNA Framework version 3) and now work!

so we'll be able to extract lara model too, with this?
and obj files will maintain uvw mapping or they'll lost it during extraction?

btw it seems a very cool program, congr dusan!!
