dear trailer marketing team stop using rap music
(instrumental is fine, but when I see Assassin's Creed I don't think rap music)

Other than that, I'm intrigued. Looks like they pick him up from an isolated village, perhaps an Assassin stronghold, perhaps like Desmond grew up in?

I saw the movie today. *spoilers ahead* Apart from some very good AC moments like parkour, the leap of faith etc, overall the movie was not great. There were a few scenes that I felt they took too long and I got bored a few times. Like all AC fans, I wanted to see more of the past, instead of a dude that acquires the Bleeding Effect Skills after just 3 times in the Animus where he never stayed longer than 10 minutes.None of the characters developed in depth and I never cared about them. When the female Assassin died in the past all I could think of "Who cares?". When Cal met his dad (who immediately recognized him after all those years) the same thought "Who cares?". Seeing that Ubisoft was involved I expected more. I give it a 6/10.

lol I'm kinda glad I didn't waste any money watching this in the cinema, seeing that most people weren't that impressed by it

Apparently it's the latter yet again. The words: good or great can not be used in the same sentence with the words video game movie. They just keep excelling at sucking

Its because Hollywood refuses to actually stick to the source material. They kind of follow some games, but then make pointless changes that completely drag down the entire film.

I want to know who over at Ubisoft thought it was a good idea to spend the least amount of time in the Animus as possible?

Probably the same group of people who decided the sands would escape for about 5 seconds in the Pop movie. WORST. MOVIE. EVER.

it was decent. liked the action scenes but the modern day stuff was pretty boring, i wanted more history scenes . waste of $25 for the bluray though, it's worth like $6
