That's from TR4, the clues are only for TR1-3 including gold levels

No one guessed it so the answer was...

Venice:

1. Great way to travel = the speedboat
2. Eew! Gross things = the rats in the sewers
3. Plan ahead = you need to open the two gates to reach the end
4. Shortest use ever = pick up the silver key and use it straight away
5. Gangway! Coming through! = crashing through the boats with the speedboat
6. Race against TIME = quickly race to get through the CLOCK (ironic isn't it?)
