Yay! Got my university course results today and passed with an OES (overall examinable component score) of 84 and an OCAS (overall continuous assessment score) of 83!!!
This is my first year studying with the Open University. I'm taking a degree in Life Sciences, and although it's been a real slog (I have M.E) I just can't say how brilliant it has been!!! My next course starts in September - and thankfully this one will be shorter! I had to post this because I'm still so excited!! Are any of you waiting for exam results at the moment? Please get in touch and say how you've done when you get them. Or just post your exam experiences (I daren't post mine - they were too scary ). [ 30. I only made 1 subject out of 3, so it was a lowsy year for me.

Hiya Greenkey2
Congratulations on your result I've done all my exams now, and finished my degree this year (got a 2:1 with honours in Computing Science at Staffordshire University). My scariest exam was Advanced Database systems, which I was sure I'd failed...but I went and got a 13 (out of a maximum 15) overall. Got a good grade on my last exam (Project Management...possibly the most boring exam aside for my a-level geography one...that I've ever done!). I'm at the far scarier stage of looking for a graduate job now Well done TheStig(Dave) |
