Much better! Quote:
Looks like there are more requirements for it to work. I wish this stuff was well-documented, somewhere. :/ I have downloaded XNAaraL's thor glow model a long time ago, found it in my folders yesterday. So if plan A fails I can use that. I will also examine that thor glow model in Blender, because I bet it will help me find the answer to my question. Thanks again. Edit: Heh... it can't be imported. >_> No problem, I still have Notepad. ^_~ Last edited by Love2Raid; 12-05-13 at 00:12. |

Yeah. Nothing seems to go easily with the glow. I don't know if this will help any but I found some stuff I did with a cap Top is a scaled up ball mesh using render group 21. Middle is using thorglowgauntletleft. The default blue cannot be changed by changing the color in XNALara (not the hands ) and changing the glow.png in the common folder doesn't work either. Bottom is with the ball in place and using the render group 21 glow mesh. |

I remember Dusan mentioning once that the glow is a plane mesh which is coded to always face the camera. I sort of suspect that this plane mesh is part of the Lara model (the Thor wireframe more precisely) but does not show up in blender as editable. Maybe try and import the relevant parts (wireframe and the "glow bones") into the model you are working on and hopefully the invisible plane mesh tags along? I'm just guessing around and might be way off.

There is none for that combination.
There's 24/25, but that also needs a lightmap. A BAKED lightmap in Blender, preferably. And the order should be diffuse-lightmap-normal-specular. |
