I just googled "Eryx" and actually can't wait to use them. I remember I loved Ifrit in DMC1

I'm progressing very slow (just finished Mission 4), as I'm trying my best to find everything that is already accessible in the first playthrough (which resulted in me already reaching a place that shouldn't be accessible until the sequence with Kat drawing the sign on the floor ) and I'm also taking my time looking at all the eye-candy the limbo provides. The colours in "Under Watch" were just amazing

He does this face right after putting the guns back into the holsters

look at the colours!

(these eye-shots must be Ninjy Theory's favourite camera-effect

The moments, when everything bursts are awesome, but sadly I didn't manage to capture all the awesomeness in one screen

Resizing done - I have them all in glorious HD as well though

I was excited for the Eryx because the Ifrit too but they are slow and are hard to fit into combos. Under Watch is indeed beautiful but it gets better from them. Again you took amazing screens. It's crazy how detailed and well animated Dante is. NT need to teach other developers. *cough*CD*cough*

Those eyes <3

I agree, that they did a great job with the character models and their face-expressions. Dante looks incredibly realistic!

And thanks

NT has always been strong in that department. I have yet to see anyone do mocap better. Heavenly Sword, Enslaved , & DmC have some of the best animated cutscenes. You can see the actor's every emotion & movement. It makes them feel more real.

And no problem. They are actually making me want to replay it.

Then do it (the 14th time?)

I'm so incredibly slow, but enjoy every minute of it. Mission 5 wasn't the best in my opinion (too much of the same and long corridors), but "The Secret Ingredient" made up for that. I liked the bossfight much more than I did when I played the demo ("and Eva, the whooooooooooreeee!" ) and especially found the timerun before it and the fast-paced-event after it to be enjoyable

Screenshots (I finally got a decent one of Kat )

The words, that are written on walls in limbo are such a great idea and manage to spice up some boring looking walls

Ha! Managed to press the screencap-button before the succubus' name appeared

Too bad I'm playing with subtitles. Will change that during my second playthrough
