I remember playing TR2 on PS1 which is the fst TR Game Iíve ever played.

Also, are you ever planning to do a remake of Tomb Raider 2 The Golden Mask?
Remember to Save before pressing the timed boat button at the end of Venice. It can only be pressed once. I hope you enjoy it however!

I haven't really thought about The Golden Mask to be honest, at the moment completing the whole of TR2 with moving onto Part 2 is on my mind. Obviously for one person this is a tough job as sometimes I lose motivation or have no idea what to build.

It may be that I get some help with Part 2 to help speed up progress but also to give away a few of the levels which are just more of what I will already have built. So for example Living Quarters/The Deck and Ice Palace I wouldn't mind losing. But this hasn't been decided yet as it's only a possibility and it would depend on if anybody would want to even help

TRJTA is currently helping with Lara's Home specifically at the moment, improving textures and assets to make everything fit well together, and I can tell you it looks SOOOOO much better. I don't want to share any screenshots of it yet, but kudos to him!

I moved to windows 10.

When I run the game windowed, it sinks in the bottom of the screen.
The origin of window has fixed position, in all resolutions choosable.
There is also no option to move the window to any other position.
It means the bigger resolution I choose, the more the window sinks.
I can only see the entire game in resolutions 1024x768 ands lower.

I tried to setup the stream but OBS only captures the area above this trim.
On the contrary, only the "sunken" part of the FMV window gets captured.
(So it feels like if something in screen options was masking the FMV window.)
I didn't find any display option in system settings that could be responsible.
Did anybody have this bull**** problem and if so, what can I do with this...

EDIT: Right, so problem #1 is solved. I can now move the window.
I was persistently alternating between "soft full screen" and "disabled".
But in my case it appears to be "no waiting for refresh solving the issue.

EDIT: I got more details about problem #2.
It only captures what is directly behind the OBS window:

It behaves like this both in window capture and screen capture mode.
Even if I trim the screen capture to only capture the area with FMV.
It looks just like something in windows desktop blocks the video.
Then OBS looks like having a filter to "peek through" and show a bit.
I have absolutely no idea how it works though so I can't proceed.

I just finished the game. Here are some of my thoughts to Tombraider95:

I really liked what you had done with the classic levels, expanding and widening them in many ways + making more complex and in some cases very difficult puzzles and jumping sequences. It was very refreshing to meet all those familiar places of TR2 and be able to investigate the environment more thoroughly than in the original (especially in Venice levels I loved that you could enter so many surrounding dwelling houses' flats). The usage of room geometry is very nicely executed in every level. I especially liked Venice, Bartoli's Hideout and Diving Area - the latter was surprisingly difficult at times, this game can totally give a hard time for the players who're not experts with the old TR engine. What added to the level of difficulty was that the enemies' hits took a lot of Lara's health and there weren't too many medipacks around to be collected. (In the end I just didn't care to fight the two flamethrowers who appear after collecting the card, so I just escaped the room through the trapdoor. ) I also loved that in most larger places (like the Ocean Rigs's huge water hall) you didn't just run through the rooms, there was a lot to do before going forward. The secrets aren't too easy to find, either (which I liked as well).

What for me was most annoying overall were the constant and inevitable game crashes. I don't know if that's been the case with many other players as well but there are a lot of hard jumps and tasks in this game that require at least 10 to 30 reloads, and the game let me reload 8 or 9 times after which the screen just went black and I had to relaunch the whole game to be able to continue. Sometimes I had to reboot my whole PC to fix the problem. From the point of view how much work you put into this project altogether, this is a a small topic of complaint, but many times I got so annoyed that I quit playing purely because of it.

Anyway, I love what you created and I can't wait for part II. I'm really excited to see what you're going to do with 40 Fathoms, Wreck of the Maria Doria and Barkhang Monastery (one of my favorite classic levels), for example. In the Venice section I loved that in Venice it's daytime, in Bartoli's Hideout there was a purplish, beautiful sunset and in Opera House it was a stormy, rainy night. (Sometimes it was really quite dark, especially in some parts of Opera House, but there were enough flares so it didn't matter really.)

I'll replay the whole thing after a couple of days, I only found 11/18 secrets so there's still a lot to explore. Thank you SO much for this one!

and bug windows 10,you will regret having the plague of windows 10 on your pc, you will have to reistalar the OBS unhappily, because you have to know if your version is placed and 32 bits or 64 bits to lower the correct OBS

Sounds like Windows Defender, the smartest of all...
You need to exclude the folder and throw the archive in.
Then unpack inside of that folder and it should work.

Yeah but I miss the .exe I don't have it anymore
EDIT: nevermind, my internet connection is fast back again, so I can download the game again xD thanks anyway
EDIT: Added both the Folder and the rar as exception and it still makes problems, it keeps saying it's a virus but it launches a glitchy game... z.z

False positives can be annoying. What I do is save all of my TRLE games in one main folder and just exclude that one main folder. That way I won't have to add every single folder that gets flagged by Defender to the exclusion list as it will ignore all the TRLE games in the main folder since it is excluded.

What do you mean? Having to know if you're running on a 32-bit or 64-bit OS is something that you have to know since XP, it's nothing that came with Windows 10. 32-bit systems were the standard back then, but nowadays most PCs run on 64-bit machines because they're less limited (more powerful in some way), so the OS is usually a 64-bit version.

I already excluded the folder, I had to turn off the antivirus altogether....
the problem is that now whenever I launch the .exe, loading screen appears, then you hear water sound(sfx) in the background with a black screen, then cutscene about the dagger of xian starts. After that, you get like few frames of the main menu, but it goes 'Start a New Game' without doing anything.... it's so annoying because everytime I have to play a game, the first level cutscene starts(takes some time to appear) and then after level 1 starts, you can load your previous games....

it wasn't like that 2 weeks ago... I just tried to play it today and I get all those problems -.-
I even tried reinstalling the game!
