Gosh! You're fast, ain't ya?
The atmosphere is really good, perhaps you should add some torches to add a bit of lighting .
Anyway it is really good, reminds somehow a level of Passage to Mu 4.

Very TR1-esque. I like the transition textures toward the bottom where you can see the green algae fade into the grey stone.

Couple suggestions:
- the band of green stone halfway up looks odd, since below that the transition from green to gray is so nice.
- I'd love to see more pillars, bridges, or curves. Have you considered using Tomb Editor? Having a Cistern-like level with the ability to have octagonal rooms would be pretty cool.
- I agree with Wolf 7, torches or lanterns with accompanying lightbulbs would be nice to add a variety to lighting.

I thought torches inside a sewer would look very odd but what's realism in TR?

Yeah I think it's a bad thing to have torches, breaks immersion, I would work on lighting that simulate water's reflection, or something like that

Sure, I guess an untouched sewer wouldn't have lighting. I was thinking of the Basilica Cistern in Istanbul, which I imagine influenced the designers in TR1 since it's one of the most famous cisterns in the world (also, the big faces just like TR1).

As you can see, this is also why I suggested pillars/curves, since a real cistern would need support structures like that.

Using 3 suns with low intensity, I got this result.

Older shot for comparison

New situation.

The blue lighting above the water is fine but I don't know if I want the water to be greenish or blueish.

Thoughts?

I prefer the greenish in this case.
Feels more like cistern water to me. Kinda murky and all.

The greenish tone does work better with the blue bricks as well. Green it is.
Has more of a pleasing look over the blue

Working very slow with this because of the recent high tempratures here.
