Default How did Lara deal with the authorities?

In the end of the Croft Manor level we see that the authorities turn up at the manor, and with Lara saying she is going to deal with them. But how did she dealt with the authorities because wouldn't they be asking a hell of a lot of question on what happend at the manor.

Yeahhh, just how did she deal with the authorities? I mean, did she just tell then that a Doppelgänger was sent by an Atlantean God to destroy her home?

I bet she just shot them.

She never deals with authorities..She has committed dozens of crimes trough out the series. She killed poor security guards who probably had a family to support. Not to mention all those endangered species (though that is self-defense). She broke into VCI which was illegal, and into Takamoto's house (also illegal). She's killed a lot of people even if they didn't deserve it (police for instance).....Lara doesn't deal with authorities...
Strangely enough after all the crimes she has committed she was only wanted for a one that she didn't commit..

You're wrong because lara did not break into VCI in CD's timeline. there are 2 different timelines! Get em right!

Truth The only possibility was that she simple killed em'. Lara didn't have time for that. What other possibility is there?

She most likely handled them like a civilized woman, who had her house just destroyed, with no suspects to pursue. It may have only taken a few hours, but she would not have killed them. That's a bit.... drastic. The police would have obviously dealt with Lara, and the Croft name, many times before. Lara herself would have a name amongst police, as being able to deal with her own problems, and have her own authority. It wouldn't be too much for her to send them on their way.

He's talking about each game individually, how in each game she doesn't deal with the authorities. He's making a point. It's relevant to both timelines.
