Firstly, I am sorry but I don't speak German, so I hope you all forgive me... Secondly, I am trying to add bones to TRL Lara model and although I successfully copied bone weights and attached armature to Lara I am still getting same result - when I load converted "Generic_Item.mesh" to XNA Lara, there are only bones but not Lara!! _____________________ TRL Lara model in Blender on the left and result in XNA Lara on the right: Also, how I can fix Lara's backpack and hair in this picture? Switch to Edit mode. ( [TAB] ) selest faces ( press [A] for select all faces) then press [W] and select Remove Doubles. then press [Ctrl]+[N]. Swich to object mode ( [TAB] ). done
