Don't see the point when the games are so old they probably don't care.
Although, when a modern source port of Doom suffers the same issue then maybe it could be worth it but I don't think so. EDIT: A lower resolution seems to remove it. That makes no sense on a more powerful card. EDIT: dgVoodoo also reduces the stutter. Something to do with DirectX? Last edited by Opaque79; 17-03-18 at 12:53. |

Windows 10 emulate all old DirectX9 and older versions maybe this what case slowdowns/stutter. dgVoodoo2 emulate these old shaders/DirectX on the native directx12 on new hardware. its faster and better than how windows dose it, so this maybe fixes it

dgVoodoo 2 reduces it but doesn't completely fix it. It won't help with TR1 via GLRage though.
