Lara will catch fire if you try to take the burning medipack. And you can't find water, because there is none in that level.

Technically you could grab all 3 items, catch fire and then repeatidly use medipacks until you complete the level. This would be stupid as you'd end up using about 50 medipacks but by doing this you can complete the level with the items.

If you do that, Lara will start the next level on fire. And that level (Desert Railroad) has no water either.
