^ oh hell no, that ending would have made tru's story line even worse. amanda eventually being that childish made it seem weird to me. they would have had to focus more on amanda's mental issues for this ending to really be effective, but they never really did that, so we just got the picture of amanda being incredibly immature.
and just then in the end, when amanda helps lara to escape from helheim and you think she might have learned something, they wanted to end it that way? oh hell naw

Yeah you got a point. I've been back and forth between it. I guess I like it because it finally shows that Lara's had enough.

Ten years ago, a lot of “Orthodox” fans up in here kept complying about them until Crystal had to cut down their roles too much.
Sometimes fanbases ruin things, it happens.
Yes, tens years later and I’m still mad about what happened to Zip and Alister.

The classic TRs are great but the world moves on people! The devs can’t create the same TR1 game a million times

She kinda was incredibly immature in my opinion. You expect someone to go back and dig for you after they watched you, in their perspective, get crushed under large heavy debris underwater in a flooded cavern after an unknown mystical creature kills a bunch of your colleagues? Are you serious?

Honestly, although I haven't played Underworld, that ending probably makes more sense to me because I doubt Lara and Amanda patched up their relationship during the events of this game. What with Amanda blaming Lara for both the above and Rutland's death, while Lara probably blames her for her mother's fate. It's just the whole delivery of it that I don't really like.

I miss Zip . I was low key happy and sad Allistair died. He was annoying af but I like the banter he had with Lara and Zip.
