Default Help, can't start Top Spin 2 for the 360!

To start off, I'd like to say that I bought it in 2006 and that it worked back then, but after a while I left the game, so now, when I try to start the game again, it tells me I must change my display to PAL-60, and not PAL-50, but I can play other games that requires PAL-60, so I have PAL-60. I tried deleting savegames from the game and other things, but it just helped me get 11 GB free instead of 2. It didn't help the game in any way. I could install an update though, before the game whined and sent me back to the 360 dashboard. It didn't seem to fix the starting problem I'm having though.

HELP!

EDIT: Not sure if it should be in Technical Support, sorry if it's meant to be there.

Have you even checked if it was on 60Hz? maybe you changed it without really taking it in..

It tells me to go to System -> Console Settings -> Display to change, but I don't see such an option in the Display section.

EDIT: I have the latest Console update BTW.

maybe your tv doesn't support 60Hz? But that wouldn't be logical, since it should be displayed in the menu

Isn't this the tennis sim where you can create your own player? From hairstyle to playing style?

Bring Monica Seles back from retirement and win Wimbledon for me babes.

Have you got a normal TV or a HDTV?

What connections are you using?

Solid Yellow, Solid Red, Solid White connections

or

Solid Red, Solid White, Green Band, Blue Band, Red Band Connections

What have you got the switch on the AV cable set to (360 end) TV or HDTV?

The PAL 50 - or PAL 60 settings Noodleboy talks about are on accessible if the switch is set to TV (normal TV)

When set to HDTV you only have the options for 480p, 720p, 1080i and 1080p, select the highest resolution your HDTV can handle usually 1080i

It will then test if it can handle 50Hz.

I've got a TFT screen, (It's a computer screen normally, but I use it as a TV.) and I'm using a Video-In cable. For example, I own Dead Or Alive Xtreme 2, and that is a 60Hz-only game, and it's working perfectly. That must mean that all my options are correct. Otherwise the game I used as an example wouldn't have worked. Though Top Spin 2 is saying I must change it to 60Hz.
