Unhappy

Last night I fell asleep in an awkward position on my BF's bed, and ever since I woke up I've had a really bad pain in my right shoulder blade. Everytime I breath I get a strong shock of pain go right through it, it's very painful.. Do you think this could just be a pulled muscle, or do you think I should go DR's about it if it aint any better by the morning?

This is very commen. Sometime it will take the muscle a few days to relax if you put pressure on it at an awkward angle.

Take some Motrin if it's very sore.
