Eidos announces Anniversary on Wii Europrean Street Date

Eidos Interactive Ltd., one of the world’s leading publishers and developers of entertainment software, can confirm that the Nintendo Wii version of Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Anniversary will be available throughout Europe on 7th December.

Inspired by the first Tomb Raider videogame, originally released in 1996, LARA CROFT TOMB RAIDER: ANNIVERSARY is a totally new adventure for Lara, faithfully preserving the elements which made the original Tomb Raider such a classic (selling over 7 million copies worldwide). The Tomb Raider series is still one of the best selling videogame franchises of all time with over 32 million copies sold and two major feature films released, starring Angelina Jolie.

Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Anniversary has been released on PlayStation 2, PC Games For Windows, PSP and Xbox 360.

The sooner we get the Anniversary episode behind us, the sooner we can get media about TR8. I wonder if it will be early or late January.

Only game I remember I've gotten before America is TR:A Ps2.
