Wilou's translation seems correct to me: The construction beginning by "Que..." corresponds to the given English expression "(Shall) Good God be...". "Que" can be translated with "that", true, but not in this particular case.
"with me" is literally "avec moi". But "At my side" instead is a nice addition that fits well the religious context. |
