I think this just about sums up Yahoo! and it's feeble atttempt at fighting spam! At least with Hotmail you can elect to ignore all emails other than those vetted. Yahoo! expects to charge you for the same service Hotmail gives you for free. Hurry up Google with G-MAIL!!!

What, so you have more room for the rest of the spam you're gonna get?

I was hoping G-MAIl would be marginally more successful at combating spam than Yahoo! Iíve stopped using this mail account. Iíll let it fill up with mail, then bounce back when Yahoo! refuses to accept more connections.

Yahoo! is horrible. I tried it once becuase I wanted to take a look on the IM, but I stopped using it for this specific reason.

Gmail is predicated upon spam. Well, at least adverts from words spied upon in your email. Whichever way you look at it, it's bad in my book. As for Yahoo! mail, I've never used it. But I know they are notoriously bad for spam control, or lack of it. I think isps are worse for spam control actually. Any spam problems I've had have always been with isp email accounts.
