Lightbulb Binding the mouse to jump using regedit

I have found a key in the registry that has all the key bindings, although you can change them, the action/key names are not very user friendly, so I have included a list of the numbers that the actions refer to below, as well as the key numbers that the mouse uses (hopefully this will make more sense in a minute).

You can find the settings here:
HKCU\Software\Crystal Dynamics\Tomb Raider: Underworld\Input
String name is the action, and the string value is a comma delimited list of the keys that are bound to that action
I don't know why there are 385 actions when only 0-24 have a value... I have tried setting a value to 25, and it does not seem to do anything, so I assume anything over 24 is safe to ignore

It seems that changes made ingame are not saved to the registry until you quit the game, so don't worry if your in game changes aren't show up in the registry straight away. Be aware that if you edit the registry while the game is running, your changes will probably be overwritten when you exit the game.

Here is a list of the items I have found:
Action 0 = Interact
Action 1 = Grapple
Action 2 = Crouch/Roll
Action 3 = Jump
Action 4 = Target Lock
Action 5 = Shoot
Action 6 = Sprint
Action 7 = Grenade
Action 8* = Centre Camera
Action 9 = Manual Aim
Action 10 = Pause
Action 11 = PDA
Action 12 = Use Medipack
Action 13 = Camera
Action 14 = Light
Action 15 = Change Weapon
Action 16 = Right
Action 17 = Left
Action 18 = Down
Action 19 = Up
Action 20 = Walk
Action 21 = Vehicle - Shoot
Action 22 = Vehicle - Brake
Action 23 = Vehicle - Gas
Action 24 = Vehicle - Reverse

Mouse 96 = Left
Mouse 97 = Right
Mouse 98 = Middle (thanks Lior_K)
Mouse 99 = Button 3
Mouse 100 = Button 4
Mouse 101 = Button 5
Mouse 102 = Button 6
Mouse 103 = Button 7

Key 142 = Escape (Can be bound, however you cannot unbind it from Pause/Menu, so pressing escape will trigger both your action and pause the game as well)
Key 142 = Backspace
Key 156 = Return (called Enter in-game)
Key 328 = Direction Arrow: Up (thanks Lior_K)
Key 336 = Direction Arrow: Down (thanks Lior_K)
Key 331 = Direction Arrow: Left (thanks Lior_K)
Key 333 = Direction Arrow: Right (thanks Lior_K)

* Not sure why, but action 8 (centre camera behind Lara) does not appear in the button configuration panel, however it is bound to the Q key by default (which is the same key as the grapple)

I have removed all the other key numbers, as the post would get rather large, besides, for any key other than the mouse, you can bind ingame...

So setting 3=97 would mean that Jump is bound to R Mouse (I have changed this and it works perfectly, I also took ,97 off action 4 so that the key wasn't bound to 2 actions)

Hope this helps someone

If you are not comfortable editing your registry, then don't. If you try this it is entirely at your own risk, and could cause problems with your computer.

Thanks for this! I really wanted jump on R-Mouse.

Now all I need is the combat mode options, so I don't in turn end up holding G or whatever when I want to do adrenaline stuff... Advanded Hold FTW! ._.

Does anyone know what "use" is in this?

You mean "Interact"? Not that I'd know, but I misunderstood "use" a bit at first.

Thanks sharing this discovery - certainly makes things easier.

Also, if anybody wants to use M mouse key then add the value 98 to any of the action you want.
