Go here, select "Tomb Raider: Underworld - PC" from the list and click on "Can You Run It?" button

when it asks u to install an active x control don't worry, it's safe, so u can give ok

eg i have a NVidia 7600 and i got "pass" (that is the minimum) in every voice... infact the only way i got to play it decent is to lower everything in the graphic settings of the game... (for this reason i decided to play the Xbox360 version
