If CD were to work on the PS2, WII and DS versions first would they be succesful? Like they would make those versions better and then start working on the PS3, XBOX360, PC versions??

Because the PS2, WII and DS versions are the most popular systems now, and they could make them better than TRU on PS2, WII and DS, because now Underworld on PS2 and PS3 got many sales, so they should also work on those properly not leave everything to XBOX 360 version!

They should work on the graphics and all of that, and then release a couple of early screens to show us what we will be expecting and then work on it and perfect it and then transfer the work to WII .

Then make the DS versions, again release some early screens to show people what they are going to be expecting and then perfect it and thenrelease it.

Then work on the next - gen platforms. also after all the releases work on a PSP version of the TR game, because alot of people including me have PSP and would love to play it.

So TRF members....would this work?

not unless they get what they've wanted.

And by that I mean, the graphics, the gameplay all of the things next - gen should have, and CD should please them (us) with a render or trailer.

Erm no, the PS2 shouldn't have anymore TR games after TRU firstly. Now to my second point, it's a bad idea. The developers should focus on current gen only. And FYI not all attention was shifted to the 360 version, CD didn't work on the PS3 Nixxes did as well as the PC version. If anything CD should work on all 3 and take a loooong time making them focusing on all of their capabilites separately. So no, no more PS2 versions now that TRU is done with, maybe wii I don't have one myself and I don't know how many Tr fans play it on their.

Well I would like PS2 version of TR9, but I don't think it will happen
TRU was already looking worse on PS2 and TR9 will most likely look terrible...

Crystal Dynamics does not make the Wii, PS2 or DS versions for a start. It takes much longer to make a next gen game than a PS2, Wii or DS game, so the next gen version still has to be done first. Also they are not going to waste to much time and money on dated graphic version for the PS2 which probably will not be getting any future Tomb Raider games anyway, unless TR8 does exceptionally well.
