You can find that pole near the entrance to the second calendar, also, similiar poles can be found at the right side of the elevator in Bhogavati, or at least near where you help release the rope, and also, in the corridor just before the hammer hall on jan mayen, the pole that unlocks the relic.

Yes, there is one there, but it is just a similiar design, not completely the same.
