I think you should delete the lara_casual.mesh and replace it with lara_casual_nogear.mesh

Heres a mod of yet another of my favourite characters, Regina from Dino Crisis 1 and 2 .... its a shame she wasn't in 3, and that the series has been discontinued...

download link for the shorts? all you need to do is jsut copy and replace the old texture shorts it should be named, shorts_diffuse
