Thumbs down Videos Run Slow

Hi

When i try to watch a video on the internet why does it run slow?

What could cause the problem?

And what program would be good to clear out my computer? A free one please!

Thanks!

1. depends on your internet speed as well as computer speed. if you have a slow download speed, you will have to buffer a lot. this is the main culprit.

2. www.ccleaner.com

Run Diagnose.exe and ARDiag.exe and post both reports.

Generally you have a low end laptop (don't know about your connection speed, unless you're going to share this info at last ).
But this may help a little - press CTRL+ALT+DEL and kill those processes before watching videos (leave only 1 iexplore.exe process running):

raysat_3dsmax9_32server.e 1236 Console 0 124 K
QCONSVC.EXE 1256 Console 0 128 K
