Wouldn't it be creepy if Lara looked like her idealized old self in the next TR game while all of the other characters looked utterly realistic?

I think Lara is already a bit exaggerated.

I know, but I think more than her chest is exaggerated already. She has a very tall body (very long legs) that would be very uncommon in real life. I mean, long legs are real, but not the way she is. Her waist is very small, and her eyes are very large. She looks a lot more realistic than she used to, but she is still quite exaggerated with unrealistic proportions.

I don't really care what the make her wear though, unless it's really skanky... then I care. I want women in video games to move away from that image.
