Why do people find it hard to Copy poses?

I bet it´s the time u need to do a good pose. I myself need a lot of time until it´s perfect. if u go into detail.

The only additional information I need is what you want me to render; e.g. Lara Jungle Shorts/Wesuit, Amanda, etc... and/or any basic mesh changes...
N.B. I've only got all the official boned models released by Dusan and Scia's 'Classic' variant he/she used in her/his render(s)
