Today is the 4th anniversary of the July 7th 2005 London Bombings. Recently a memorial for the 52 people killed in the attacks was unveiled in London
![]() http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8137265.stm May the 52 fallen continue to rest in peace and thank God and our armed forces that this terrible event has not been repeated since.

Yeah, same here. One of those "where were you when..." moments. Then there was another attempted attack on the 21st July. July 2005 was a pretty crazy month here.

R.I.P to those lost in the attack.
![]() On a happier note a survivor who lost both legs as a result of the attack is expecting a baby. The due date is today.

I'm a similar distance away. I remember the buses home from school were quite late that day and the trains were severely delayed I think.

I can't believe it's been four years already, time flies by doesn't it?
I was in London on the 21st July when the other four attempted bombings occurred. Very frightening and surreal to be there that day, it was pandemonium at the stations because of delays with lots of rumours spreading around. Luckily those attempts were unsuccessful and I didn't need to use the underground that day.
