Very cool MOD Sorry i have no textures used.

You can attach bones to the model:
Use menu item: Select->All_by_type->Mesh
Hold Shift key down.
Right mouse click to the armature.
Then use the menu item: Object->Parent->Make Parent->To_Armature and Return, Return, Return ....
But this not only the problem. More at private message. It's more a special case. Have you used 3Ds?

XNAaraL, where can I download your Importers? Not the ones made by Sephirostoy. The ones made by you.

P.S.

Hi XNAaraL
Firstly, I am sorry but I don't speak German, so I hope you all forgive me...
Secondly, I am trying to add bones to TRL Lara model and although I successfully copied bone weights and attached armature to Lara I am still getting same result - when I load converted "Generic_Item.mesh" to XNA Lara, there are only bones but not Lara!!

Also, how I can fix Lara's backpack and hair in this picture?

I had the same error, I don't know if this is your case but you just have to open your mesh.ascii file with notepad and search for all the textures of the model, as XNAaraL said:

Search for textures

Code:
arm.002
1 # uv layers
1 # textures
Change the meshname. (The line above 1 # uv layers) Prefix with 5_ (one diffuse texture) or 7_ (one diffuse texture with # transparents)

Code:
5_arm.002
1 # uv layers
1 # textures
Repeat last step for every textures.
Then you have to convert your mesh.ascii file

Thank you so much for quick response!
It solved that problem, but it made another... Lara has holes in her body for some reason:

I may cause it by selecting all faces but how I can select only "one face"?
And don't you know why I see only bones in XNA Lara?

Thanks, I'll check this out

EDIT: I just found out that my Lara is one huge object, which means that she doesn't have "arm_002", leg_00..." but instead:

trl_lara_biker_nj
1 # uv layers
1 # textures

When I used prefix 05 or 07, XNA Lara crashed when loading Lara
So which prefix I need to use?

you need to use this code ( if you use 1 texture with transparent
Code:
7_trllarabikernj_0.1_0_0
1 # uv layers
1 # textures
your texture.png
0 # uv layer index
or if you use 7 textures, like lara's clothes

Code:
1_trllarabiker_0.1_5_7
1 # uv layers
6 # textures
texture_diffuse.png
0 # uv layer index
texture_lightmap.png
0 # uv layer index
texture_bump.png
0 # uv layer index
texture_mask.png
0 # uv layer index
texture_bump1.png
0 # uv layer index
texture_bump2.png
0 # uv layer index
where 0.1- shine value;
5- bump1 scale;
7- bump2 scale.
