@ Matrix, perhaps this screenie from part of the same level might change your mind...

(Probably going to change the intensity of those light beams... oh and ignore that the lava burnt surfaces don't match up with the lava that well... running out of room in my tga...

)

Oh - me likes. No just make the room a tad darker and create some contrast by placing lightbulbs (bluish ceiling vs. red/orange lava) and it's perfect
