It looks like they use TRU Lara. This commercial is fairly new, just released on Oct 2009 judging from the day it was posted.

I remember the ones where she was on Lucozade (it's called Lara-zade or something at one point) and the Visa credit card commercial with Aod Lara.
She still has it till today, to which I'm glad. Now if only the game would improve..
