You would need a PSP, Legend (PSP), a PS3 connected to the internet and Adhoc Party, presumably the rest of the world has finally managed to get Adhoc Party. If you have some local friends with a PSP and Legend you can do away with the PS3 and Adhoc Party, but they will need to be in the same room in order for them to join in.

There is a nice review giving some details of the multiplayer modes here.

I've known about this for a while, but I don't know how to get my PSP connected to the internet worldwide so I can play
