do you have the original Lara.chr file in the same folder, as it looks like you are trying to insert the .dds FILE back into the character file?

Sparedlifes file from his website are already converted to use with TR6, all you have to do is rename them correctly. if the Jurassic file was named Lara.Interchangeable.Jurassic.chr you would rename it as Lara.chr and place it in the /CHAR folder to play with it.

The loader program is used to extract the .dds files for modding with Photoshop and re-inserting into the .CHR files

Sorry, i am a Mac man, and can't support windows directly, if nothing works for you, its windows itself or you need to re-read the forum posts and start again as you are dong something wrong.

I've just downloaded the mod for Lara with glasses. I don't know if this is the reason, but many of my levels won't load when I use TRAOD SCU. The level is either nothing, just black, or it's got Lara and the skydome stuff (the sky etc.), or it comes up with this message:
