He seemed like he has some form of mental condition. I still don't think it is for real at all!! xD

Though the increased population will be a 45% increase from the original count so the guy kinda has a point metaphorically.

It's gonna be rough and overpopulated haha!!

You should believe it lol because it is real XD I think this guy ended up making a public apology later on, can't remember but it was in the news a lot awhile ago.

Uh... doesn't mean that much as everybody does it while thinking!!

The only problem with "Uh's" is if the person has stated they know their presentation and such and will have no problems.

Obviously this guy has no idea what he is talking about even if he did.

Yeah. That's something most of us do anyway. You have to have some sound coming out while your thoughts come together or you think of the best way to say something. Without the "Uh" - the other person/people will wonder if you're there (when you're on the phone) or are awake or paying attention.

I've heard it said before about saying "Uh". It's like a mental laxative.

Japanese has "eeto" and "anoo" as filler words as well.

They have no meaning but are aesthetic filler words to help people think or fill in a space as someone thinks. xD
